Once you sign up, tap the "Create Outing" button on the home screen. Pick a date, add a title and description, choose a location, and invite your team. You can always edit the details later if plans change.

When someone is invited to an outing, they get a notification and can respond with Yes, No, or Maybe. As the organizer, you can see all responses in real time on the outing page. You can also set an RSVP deadline if you need a final headcount by a certain date.

Every outing has its own group chat where attendees can coordinate details, share ideas, or just get hyped about the event. Only people who are invited to the outing can see and participate in the chat. You will get notifications for new messages unless you mute the conversation.

After an outing takes place, a shared photo album becomes available on the outing page. Anyone who attended can upload photos, and the whole group can view and download them. Photos are stored securely and only visible to outing participants.

Yes, on any outing page you can export a CSV of all RSVP responses and attendance data. This is handy for tracking participation over time or sharing reports with your team lead. The export option is available under the outing settings menu.

If someone changes their RSVP to No after previously accepting, the organizer gets a notification and the headcount updates automatically. The person who canceled will still be able to see the outing details but will be marked as not attending.

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Our infrastructure is hosted on trusted cloud providers with regular security audits. You can read more in our privacy policy.

You can delete your account from the Settings page in the app. Tap on "Account" and then "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your profile and personal data. Any outings you created will be transferred to a co-organizer if one exists, or archived.

Absolutely. While TeamOutings is designed with workplace events in mind, plenty of people use it for friend groups, sports leagues, book clubs, and other social gatherings. If you need to organize a group and track who is coming, it works great.
